Sales Team Lead / Sales Coordinator

Phistream Consulting is looking for hard-core Sales Leads / Coordinators with 3+ years of experience in leading sales team, sales and marketing coordination for Noida location.

Job Profile:

  • Manage a team of 20~25 sales executives, making sure all targets are delivered on a weekly basis
  • Co-ordinate with sales team on daily basis, provide data as per their requirements, help them in achieving their targets.
  • Calling sales team, update DSRs on daily basis and submit compiled report to concern manager.
  • Develops sales reports for sales analysis, forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
  • Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Tracking transporter wise / distributor wise / dealer wise, salesperson wise Targets vs. Achievement.
  • Timely provision of information to the concern managers to facilitate better decision making.
  • Compiling weekly reports for concern managers on pipelines, campaign progress and sales figures.
  • Direct dealing with customer (as and when required).
  • Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
  • Sales team expenses verification and submission on time in account.
  • Record details of opportunities and lead notes
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PPT etc.)
  • Should be open for late sitting/work on holidays (if required) to complete sales target
  • To be ready to perform any activity (multi-tasking) once necessary training/inputs provided for the same.
  • Energetic, confident, should be open to take workload beyond the call of duty, team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all members of the agile team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.


  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in sales coordination/leading sales team with experience in handling field team.
  • Experience in Transport Industry, Credit/Debit Card Industry, Insurance Industry or Direct sale of consumer goods/FMCG/Durables etc. preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command over English & Hindi (both written and verbal).
  • Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc.) & Post Graduates (M.B.A., PGDBM, M. Com) from premier / reputed institutes preferred.
