Mr. Balendra Kumar Nath carries an extensive hands-on national and international experience of over 34 years in Oil and Gas Sectors specializing in City Gas Development Projects. He has worked as part of senior management with organizations like Indraprastha Gas Limited, GSPC Gas Limited, JSW Ispat Steel Limited, Jubilant Oil & Gas Pvt Ltd & Oil India Limited. Mr. Balendra Kumar Nath has handled various international projects which includes City Gas Distribution Project across Nigeria and Solar Power Projects in Dominican Republic.
Apart from his technical know-how, he has been helping organization with functions like market research & demand assessment, feasibility study, planning, budgeting, execution, operation and maintenance of projects including JV Company formation, MoUs/Shareholder, agreements and related regulatory issues, sourcing of gas and Gas Sales & Purchase Agreements, Gas Transportation Agreements and related regulatory issues. Mr. Nath has also been extensively involved in coordination with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Power, GAIL, GSPC and other oil and gas companies for natural gas-related, regulatory and administrative matters.

Mr. Arun KumarSrivastava is a mechanical engineer and had held the position of a ChiefGeneral Manager of Indian Oil Corporation Limited before superannuation. He is an accomplished professional with over 37 years of experience in the field of Operations, Maintenance, Project Execution, including LPG Plant Safety, handling of Supply and Distribution, POL Terminal Operation and Lube Plant handling. He has rich experience in Retail and Institutional Sales, commissioning of new Retail Outlets, Consumer pumps and allied activities, its maintenance and liaisoning with PESO.
Rakesh Narula

Mr. Rakesh Narula has joined Phistream Consulting as Principal Consultant - Cross Country Pipeline Projects. Mr. Rakesh Narula is an Electrical engineer and had held the position of a General Manager (Pipelines Division) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited before superannuation. He is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in the field of Operations, Maintenance, Project Execution, including integrity management of Cross-country Oil/Gas Pipelines and CNG/RLNG distribution networks. He has rich experience in spearheading several External Safety Audits of Cross country Oil and Gas pipelines including GAIL India's Gas Distribution Networks, in
association with OISD.
Dr. Pradeep Jain
ADVISOR - ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
Dr. Pradeep Jain carries more than two decades of consulting experience in the field of solid waste management. After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur he served as a planning engineer in Engineers India Limited for 3 years before moving to Florida for his masters in Environmental Engineering Sciences. He completed his post-doctorate from the University of Florida in 2005 and started his consulting career with Innovative Waste Consulting Services LLC of which he is the president now.
Dr. Timothy G Townsend
ADVISOR - ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
Dr. Timothy Townsend is a professor of Environmental Engineering Sciences in the Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment at the University of Florida. His area of expertise is solid and hazardous waste management. Research interests include landfill design, construction and operation; managing construction and demolition debris; beneficial use and recycling of wastes; and handling of special wastes such as electronic scrap. Dr. Townsend teaches courses on waste management fundamentals, landfill design, and waste management in developing countries.
Sumit Agarwal

Mr. Sumit Agarwal brings over two decades of experience in the field of chemical engineering and manufacturing. After completing his five-year integrated course in chemistry and a minor in management from IIT Kanpur, he has been managing a group of chemical manufacturing industries with their products being exported to over 45 countries.
