Auditor- Food Safety
Experience in auditing for Food System Safety Management Standard based on various food safety international standard like ISO 22000:2005, British Retail Consortium, HACCP, FSSC 22000 etc.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Food / Dairy Fisheries / Oil Technology / Biotechnology / Agricultural / Veterinary Sciences / Bio-chemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry / Catering Technology / Hotel Management from a recognized university
Minimum 3-5 yrs of industry experience with min. 2 yrs experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits
Successfully completed a registered lead auditor course based on FSMS (ISO 22000:2018)
Knowledge of ISO 17020, 17021 & ISO 17065 requirements
Conversant with the terminology and the principles of the relevant food standards
FoSTaC trained candidates are preferred
